It's a scam! Use the free filing from the IRS site

It's a scam! They charge you for simple returns by saying that it's "too complicated" and take most of your refund as payment. And if you try to call to get help, you can only talk to an AI and have to pay $29 for a phone call or else you'll never get anyone on the line.

This product is a scam. You have to get the deluxe version if you have unemployment and pay extra for state. This was a a $150 charge for the for the insignificant unemployment payment of $840. Every step of the way it tries to up charge for services you will never use.
