What are you hiding?

While the information and filing support is helpful, the fact that I learned about fees and costs after completing the service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would appreciate being informed at the beginning that filing state taxes is an additional cost, instead of the dog-and-pony show that was the happy animations and colorful lights that went off while being informed I owed the website something. Tell me what the price is before I buy.
