More reliable than most; needs more basic language

Best program I've used so far... better than T*x A*t... but I still have trouble understanding some of the things it's asking for. Last year, I screwed up my AGI because I didn't understand that Medicaid payments meant my Structured Family Care plan that isn't taxable... now I"m amending it, nightmare. But this year, I figured it out, and am hopefully on track.

TurboTax made it fast and easy. Very satisfied, I didn't realize I was even getting a return and her will tax made sure every little detail was checked and ended up getting a return yay! Thank you TurboTax!
