Deajuan L was absolutely amazing. I have been stuck trying to file my taxes for days and was stuck. She was very patient with me and lead me to a solution to get my taxes filed. Thank God she answered the phone! Give her a raise! She deserves it!

Improvements Needed

The Tax and Credits section is really confusing, especially for people who have to file taxes as a nonresident. it also wouldnt let me delete certain rows. Overall, I may have messed up my entire return due to that section. With the integration of AI, I think a necessary enhancement would be a free AI chatbot to assist during the process.
