YOUR PAYING TURBOTAX ONLY TO DO IT YOURSELF

Too many fees to be doing it on your own. It's better and more cheaper going somewhere else. Turbotax is going to charge you an arm and leg just to file your own taxes when someone could have done the work for you for cheaper.

Con/Scam.

feels like a con/scam when using tax refund to pay for their "free" services and then shove the $40 "upgrade" in your face without being able to click on the free version. Then to top it off they add an additional $40 for using your tax returns to pay for the crappy service.
