On-line Turbo Tax is trash!!!

I have used the turbo tax that I purchased in stores for so many years. You could look through sections and pick what you needed. It wasn't hard to use.
This new on-line turbo tax is NOT user friendly, much more complicated to find what you need.
I will find someone to do my taxes in the future as you charge to the deluxe version if a person needs one other thing other than the W-2. It is a RIPOFF.
I will not use your products in the future. I worked for a Mission and used to be able to help some of the people in recovery to get their taxes straight with the IRS. Now it would cost each person $$$
