Intuit Ruined Turbo Tax

I did not there would be a $40 processing fee, Turbo used to share that until Inuit took over. I will not be using Turbo Tax again next year. As a military member Turbo Tax used to keep doing my taxes easy and hassle free, now that Inuit took over it has made it a poor experience. I will recommend Turbo Tax to any other military members. I do like that my information is saved for easy use. Hidden fees ruin companies.

Site was super laggy, and you try to sneak fees in left and right. This will be my last year using turbo tax.

TurboTax Quality Uptick

Turbo Tax has greatly increased in value compared to previous years. You aren't heckled as much to buy upgraded packages, it uploads and auto-populates documents for you in a very convenient way, and the price is very reasonable.

Easy to use

This is the third time I use Turbo Tax continuously file my taxes, I am not an expert on tax, but this tool is very easy me to file the tax without any prior knowledge. Every technical stuff has a good descriptive help screen. I love this tool and next year also will use.
