Its cool to use but the fees are too expensive. Please consider pricing.

the product makes for easy use but the fees are outrageous. There is a charge for direct deposit now and a charge for the most basic forms regarding federal filing. The amount charged is almost equivalent to going to a tax prep person to do it for me

Very Easy to use. 98% of doing your own taxes is plug and play; just as long as you don't have any crazy circumstances.

Easy but pricey

Mostly a good experience but a $40 processing fee on top of a $39 filing fee is a bit extreme and unnecessary and the fact that they don't tell you about the $40 processing fee up until the very end is not cool.
