It’s really hard to navigate the app. I couldn’t proceed because of my theft report. I answered truthfully and it wouldn’t move forward. I had to delete my report and not include it just to be able to proceed. Also the way it’s worded is deceptive. I just wanted to pay my taxes, not purchase any product. It seems like it purposely made to be hard to navigate so one would be more likely to purchase their product. I don’t trust it. It may not be worth the trouble using this app.

Was charged twice the amt. It was suppose to be $59. chg'ed $118 + tax.
