TurboTax is very convenient and fast, especially if you've used it before since it saves your information from the previous year.
My main complaint is that they add on a "premium" package at the end that costs $44 and I couldn't figure out how to opt out of it.

Not above board with fees

I have been using TT for years. I have done the free version all except 1 year i needed help. Just because I had an HSA, TT charged me $79.00. I entered this all myself like always and got hit with this charge. False advertising. After my taxes are done and you hit me with a Fee??!! Bad business TT

An absolute rip off. “Free” filing my butt. I paid more to turbo tax just to file my return than the cost of my actual return.
