Absolute crooks. You can do your taxes online for free very easily. Google it. They try to charge you at every corner and their fees are egregious.

I used to be a fan of Turbotax e-filing but there is definitely an increase in product/service promotion while using the service. I repeated pressed No, No Thanks, Don't add blah blah, to in the end still somehow be charged with an upgrade. Filing already asks you abundantly invasive questions, so being tricked into a promotion in the mist of that just feels like being taken advantage of twice.
