Quick and easy. The only thing I don't like is that if you use the basic you can't talk to anyone on chat, you have to wait on hold forever to speak to someone.

i thought it was free. i tired filing with the free option but they still charged me $50 to file my taxes. i was un the impression that there was a free o[tion to free. if i get charge next year, i will not be using turbo tax again

THIS IS NOT FREE

I like the ease of use even though I had 3 different insistences where I had to go "BACK"... But the whole point of using Turbo Tax was because it was FREE... IT wasn't FREE. It was $88. But after spending an hour on my taxes...I wasn't willing to walk away for $88.
