Easy to use

Easy to use. Able to finish my taxes in about an hour. Prices are starting to get higher then other tax prep places.

Not worth the price

Used to be free, just spent 222$ for a fairly basic file with W-2s. I didn’t have enough time to use literally anyone else. This will be my last year, it’s the most user friendly but I won’t waste my whole refund again. I can’t believe the up charges, corrupt company taking advantage of people who need help with a legally required activity. I’m disappointed in the changes.
