The app is easy to use but it’s suppose to be free!! I had to pay 79.00 on a 35.00 refund!

Good product, but not worth the price.

The features of TurboTax are great overall, and made filing my taxes quick and painless. However, the product is far too expensive, and I felt like I was tricked into paying for Deluxe when I didn't really need it, with no way to undo this choice. The only thing that kept me using TurboTax this year is the fact that I was filing on the last possible day and couldn't get the IRS Direct File to work.

There needs to be a more accurate gage to show how far along you are with your taxes. I press the file button, then there is 36 other things I had to do in order to complete the filing process.
