Getting too expensive

We do all the work and still get charged over 100 dollars to complete taxes with this service.

Overall good, but has a few issues

Everything was good until the payment. My card had expired so I need to file for an extension, which is supposed to be free. When I tried to do so, I had to put in my card information and got a message back saying that it wouldn't work because it was expired. Why do I need to put in my bank card info to file for an extension if extensions are free?
Also, as I write this the AI-generated Review Topics seems to be interfering with my typing. Please fix this.

This system will try to scam you, pay attention!

Turbo tax is getting expensive. Almost $100 in this my is my groceries for the week. And to periodically try and trick us into adding MAX is a scam. Then at the end, the system tried to scam you into paying $35 to deposit, I feel bad for those who don't pay attention because I 'm sure they mistakenly pay.

Overpriced and dishonest

was supposed to be free, ended up paying over $200 to file my returns. I understand paying to file the state return, but my federal was simple and should have been free. It said it was free in the beginning, then after spending 2 hours filling everything out it says its going to cost $143 to file my federal. Lied to and misled.
