I love that its easy and you can do it yourself. I like that it makes you double check that you answered correctly. The support is also great. BUT, that's just it. I do it myself and should owe $0 to this large corporation for filing. A solid 3 stars. Taxes are stressful so thanks for making my taxes easy.
