Its dumb hat you charge $44 to have my fee be charge from my refund and you pass it off as additional other services and say pay with your refund is free as long as you pay for this. Its lying and predatory.

Always has confusing fees

It's simple to use until it comes time for payment. Then it tacks on payments that make it seem like you're paying your taxes and then you realize not that was the payment to be able to pay your taxes.
