The fact that turbo tax waits until the last section before submitting to tell customers that they owe you $150 should be criminal when it was advertised as free.

This year was the worst year yet for y'all to push completely unnecessary products on me CONSTANTLY. It was genuinely difficult not to accidentally either charge myself more for products I didn't want, or to give you permission to send my data off to be spammed by your "partners." Absolutely horrible experience, and I will never use your services again.

Easy and convenient. It seems like It gets more expensive every year - more expensive than I believe is fair. 3 stars, but it would be 5 if the pricing was reasonable. But alas, I used the service.
