I Wish 0 Stars Were An Option

If I could give 0 stars I would. Turbotax will charge you just because they can. I am eligible for an education tax credit that doesn't reduce my taxes at all (I am a student working part time who does not owe any taxes), yet I am not allowed by Turbotax to refuse. And because I have such a credit that isn't considered "basic", Turbotax require me to pay almost $90 for the upgrade feature to process a form that had absolutely no impact on my taxes. AND THEN will refuse to allow you to use your refund to pay for services they require you to use unless you allow them to sell your information. Corporate Greed.
