HARD TO NAVIGATE, KEPT ASKING TO PAY FOR SERVICE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE. NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE, SYSTEM KEPT TRYING TO UPCHARGE ME. SAD THAT I HAD TO PAY WHEN THE INITIAL WAS 0 AMOUNT

Paying to File is a cash grab

I have used Turbo Tax for years, this is the first year I paid and honestly the cash grab after hitting yes was just mind boggling. First, I only needed to file the Dependent care on Federal and still had to pay for state. Then I almost hit the file 5 days early but caught the $25 charge and was able to back out, then I saw that if I had them take the money out of my tax return it would be another $40. All in all, for my Dependent care of $99 credit, I will get $11 after paying Turbo Tax to file and be careful of the "FEES" they pop in here and there.
