Very disappointed and out 78.00!!!

I love the ease of preparing my taxes with you, but am very upset by the way you offer your different packages, for the last 3 years we only need the 1040 standard (which is free) and there was no option and was therefore had to pay for the deluxe addition which I did'nt need. I tried several ways to try to get to the free option, as I have done the last 3 years and finally gave up and paid you 78.00. 'which I am not happy with and why you got 3 stars. I will rethink my option for the following years.
