going downhill

Going on almost 10 years of TurboTax and I feel as if it's just going downhill with the hidden fees. Doesn't tell me until the very end its going to be an extra $40 to pull the fees from my refund and I don't remember it being that way before. Can't even choose the free option anymore you HAVE to pay for deluxe or max. Have heard that CreditKarma is free, will probably try that next year.
