Hard to use

Disappointed over the hidden fees and being forced to use the deluxe when I never needed it, so there goes $80 more dollars. Add a feature that gets rid of deluxe at the end instead of making the user try to completely restart when you know they're already frustrated.

I believe the product is very easy and up-to-date for at home use. Anyone with computer knowledge and patience will be able to follow and get their taxes filed.

You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Just because the Marketplace gets their figures slightly wrong and causes poor/indigent people to have to pay a $4 tax on mis-figured tax credit from their own wrong calculations, does NOT give TurboTax/Intuit the right to shaft poor people. Requiring them to buy deluxe for $79 to file for a $4 tax is ludicrous. I hope you are thoroughly humiliated for gouging poverty-stricken people like this.
