Disappointed!
on April 16, 2025

VERY disappointed in the lack of understanding why my Federal refund dropped over $2000 and why I had o pay so much for filing any retirement contributions by upgrading to Deluxe edition. In addition to being charged then $64 to file my state! It practically became a wash at that point. I will not be using TurboTax next year!

Simple 1040 did not let me downgrade to free option. I kept getting a "try again in a few minutes" error message.
