Turbo Tax was good when I procrastinated taxes

It was okay - a bit confusing at times and I don't understand why the price has gone up significantly. Next year I will not be using Turbo Tax, unless I'm really in a bind.

More expensive. Dont know how i ended up paying an expedited fee and couldn't figure out how to remove it. Paying another $35 for direct deposit is insane. $40 processing fee on top of the regular processing/service fee. Paid almost $300 to file..

Turbo tax is my new go too for filling my taxes

It was a very easy process surprisingly. I had 24/7 help in order to complete my filing and information was presented very clearly and quickly for me to understand and get through the process as quickly as possible.

User friendly but not income friendly

It was user friendly and would recommend to people getting a refund or do not mind paying the filing fees. I make near poverty level and will go with a different service next year that is free based on your income. I waited until the last minute this year so did not have time to start over once I realized I was going to have to pay close to $200 in filing fees and paid them for the convenience.
