As a loyal customer of over 5 years, I would appreciate an occasional discount of some sort. Spending $120 in fees just to file my taxes each year seem excessive.

Turbotax is a lie.

Promise a "free" return and then charge you at the end. also, they "clear all errors" while you're filing and then hit you with a surprise error days later that you need to go back and fix ad then refile. Very poor service.
