TT - it works for our over complicated US tax

TT makes figuring out the way too over complicated Tax process, that should be able to be done without help, but we need to keep these software developers working, so the American Tax reporting process is ridiculous!
Don't really like the user interface, but ultimately it's easy than doing it on my own.

Probably Old Fashioned

I have used Turbo Tax for YEARS and loved it. Not so much this year. I found the cd easier to use rather than downloading the program. With the cd I could see where I was in the program and stop and save info where I was. With the cd I could always go to the internet or resources to get an explanation if I had questions. I lost the screen today and was panicking because II didn't know how to find where II was!!
