Frustrating, glitchy, expensive. Said I didn't use this account to file last year but has all my info from every year I have filed with this account? Wouldn't let me input today's date for today's date. Have to pay $80 to file because I made $1700 in interest income that was also taxed, what's the dang point?

I just wish it was actually free ESPECIALLY for long time filers. Pay for State, Federal, processing, AND paying to pay from the refund! Insane.

Generally easy to use. I will suggest better prompt on income for married filing jointly. I was expecting to load my income, answer questions, then be prompted to select spouse then add her W-2 income info. Instead, I had to select additional income (as if for myself), then select spouse, then add her W-2.

So Frustrated!

I used the free version, have the order number and at the very end it defaulted to the Deluxe version. I could not get out of it, could not change it, and was pretty much forced to pay it to file my taxes. Yes I did wait until April 14 and spent 2 days trying to get it to go show the free version. I am not happy at all, despite using Turbotax for years. This will be my last unless they can give me a refund.
