Would give it a 5 but didn't know the charges and the extra paper work that I needed ie.tax from the yr before for verification, to finalized....Should mention those at the beginning

Turbo Tax is Horrible!!! Extremely Horrible!

You should have kept the CD. Up loading the product took forever. Also, wouldn't take my license key, so I had to pay for it again!! $79.00!!! Ridiculous. Then, it wouldn't let you go back and update things easily. You had to restart some areas to make a change. Also, what is the deal with charging $40 to process a refund? Then, if you don't file both online, they delete the state!! Horrible, just horrible.
Don't think I'll ever use Turbo Tax again. And I want my $79.00 refunded for the unused license code.
