Never Got My Credit

I like turbotax a lot, I have used them since 2008. However, there is an issue that I was not credited appropriately for the class action lawsuit. They stated they didn't have records of me.....really? You can't check by ssn how many years someone has filed taxes even if they used a different email address with your company? That's not right. I should have been given at least 5 years of free filing with how loyal I am.
