Between the increase in price and the fee to pay my taxes by debit card to their third party I have to give this 3 stars . It is an awesome program and it keeps your returns for years for easy access and easy to navigate site. Tax+$$=🫣🤮

I completed the whole process but in the end I could not figure out the problem. Nice lady helped as much as she could but need more assistance, which we got. Bradley and I found the problem and he stayed online and guided me. Thank you Bradely

Easy enough to file (5 rating)EXCEPT I ended up
Paying when I thought it was FREE! Then you can’t back out of it!!!! My mistake for waiting to the last minute AND for thinking this would save money. Then I was late trying to undo whatever it was that I did to cause fees!!
