Forces you to pay, had to restart 3 times...

I was forced to pay for things I did not want. I paid $16 on my HSA I didn't need deluxe for that. I reset 3 times before I got so frustrated and caved which is clearly the intended goal. I use to like this program now it has become so bad that I do not care if it cost me far greater amounts to go elsewhere, I will no longer use them ever. I highly recommend you find alternatives too as this is not the program it use to be (I have used this program for almost 10 years now). This is a very sad shell of what it use to be. If my taxes are complicated enough I have to use your buy ups I would just pay someone to do them...

Very easy to use. Was able to call customer service about an issue I was have. They told me it had been an issue and they directed me on how to fix the issue.
