Thought it was going to be $39+$39 but ended up149

Very easy but had me worried several times that I missed info, for example, it got to a point that I knew I hadn't entered my healthcare info but the software seemed as we were about to submit/file, another time it showed a form that couldn't be edited that showed previous years pins and this years pin and other like ID info was blank but couldn't be edited so it scared me but thank God later it asked for my ID and a pin🤷, not sure what that was about? Not sure what happened but the whole time it showed $39 + $39, then at end it was $149 and not sure why, I think we don't dig in or care when we are getting a fat check but still seems fishy.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and normally use the free version. Since I used the credit for my retirement fund I had to pay the 30+ amount. However you get to the end to find out its actually more like 100$. Should just tell people early on. So honestly it didn't make ANY difference to me since you took the credit anyway. However it was too far in to be bothered with going back. So it's whatever at this point. but you should still say that when you give the "amount" and add the processing fee and the "get paid 5 days earlier" fee when it's still all going to the same bank account.

Easy process

The process is relatively simple, no hiccups. I did end up calling and talking to 3 different customer service agents, 2 of which were great, the last was…less than helpful. BUT, overall, the process was quick and I would definitely recommend it.

Fast and easy. The program remembers all information used last year. For simple returns, this is the way to go.
