Not happy with Turbo Tax

This was a very difficult software to use. It kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade to premium. I said no, but it forced me to anyway. I completed all of the info, but it never submitted. In the end, when validating it said my social security number was incorrect. That is not the case.

I filled out on 4-14, but because of your confusing system i didn't file on 4-16. I didn't know I hadn't filed. CLEAN it up!!!
