Turbo tax used to be free and it let me do all the return for free and forces me to pay. and the paid version is basically the same as the upgrade. I will not be using turbo tax again.

Turbotax is easy to use. It gives great information when a question is confusing or I'm unsure what information I need. My taxes only took me an hour this year. I like that it gives the option to upload your W-2 forms or take a photo so you don't have to manually input all of the numbers. Saves sooo much time!

i have to figure out what to enter turbo tax always wants me to pay even more to have help so i have to pay to inter my own info and than have to pay more it says free but it is NEVER free

Turbo Tax has changed & not for better! Moving away from user friendly & very expensive. Used to enjoy doing my taxes, but not anymore.
