Just Awful

Most obnoxious thing ever. It says there's a free plan up front and then an hour into filing it says there's exceptions and literally would not let me proceed unless I got a premium plan which cost like 80 bucks, and the hidden fees took literally 95% of my return money. Awful service, do not use this.
