The charges are just outrageous in my opinion. $40 to use my refund to pay for the upgraded package I needed. Just absolutely ridiculous.

Turbo tax is a scam

I filed my taxes completely on my own. Zero Turbo tax help. Right when I was near the end, I tried to go back to double check something and I was forced to upgrade. I had to pay over $100 to proceed to file, for no reason. This is a scam
