Works But Is Too Costly

You say it's free but then make it impossible to not choose a free option when the incentive of getting more back in a return is revealed. This seems dishonest. This is the second year in a row this has happened. Furthermore there is no non-phone option available - one must be had in order to complete the security hoops. This is not a fair option. If you have an email option which you do, why is that not enough. The service did work, BUT, cost over a hundred dollars to complete. This amounts to false advertising and for taxes seems very morally wrong. After 7 or 8 years of using turbotax I will not be doing so again.
