Turbotax is TERRIBLE

this was my first time ever filing taxes, i am under age 18, Turbotax online charged me when it should have been free to file through them. they would not reimburse me after charging for a tax service (upgrade) i did not use or choose to use. be careful when it auto upgrades to make them $$$!!! it wouldn't let me downgrade and or start over. i only filed W2 and in only 1 state (qualifing me for free service). BE CAREFUL- i recommend using another service. I will NEVER NEVER use them again!
