I don’t understand why you charge twice when turbo tax is supposed to be free for filling lies this will be the last time I will be using turbo tax

Do better

The filing process was easy with this TurboTax software, but because I was encouraged by the prompts to claim a retirement contribution credit, I had to upgrade to deluxe for an additional $79, plus an additional $64 state filing fee, all to claim a $26 tax credit. There was no way to go back and remove this credit. Super sneaky of you TurboTax. I won’t make that mistake again next year.
