Was a great experience, only thing is On my filing it stated that my state return could not be filed so not sure if that has to be done by mail or if they went through?

Some of the verbiage in the 401K, IRA is difficult to understand and it does not assist when the Help icon is there the verbiage is not easy to understand.

I was able to get on and complete my taxes with no problems at all. And if I had a question or problem, there was always a link I could click to find the answer/solution.

as you do your taxes with them, there are always trying to get you to pay for upgraded services. i always decline and somehow get charged for the deluxe serviced that i didnt want. thanks so much.
