I entered information for the Kansas Homestead tax credit that was over the allowed limit, The system did not delete the form and continued to send me back to correct the entered information. then it would not allow me to e-file because of the issue. I finally deleted the form and it allowed me to e-file. every year this software is glitchy.

I always enjoyed using your product and introduced it to my daughter last year to use for her first filing. this year it seemed more difficult to use for someone who has no college background.
