Too Many Fees

Too many fees to file your taxes that you do not know until you are finished preparing everything and put in bank information for direct deposit. you are forced to pay 25 to get your return 5 days earlier and there is no option to just file with your checking account for direct deposit without paying the 25. there is also a 40 service fee to minus this from your federal return.

TurboTax is mostly great, but the fees are insane

I want to start by stating that TurboTax does make filing fast and easy, and relieves a lot of stress that comes with filing taxes and making sure all the information put in is correct. However, my only complaint is the amount they charge in fees even when you are only filing yourself with no assistance. Having $128 taken from your return just for fees is a lot, especially when you are living paycheck to paycheck and need every penny you can get.
