My dad passed away this past year and he had no insurance and had to pay out of pocket to bury him and there wasn't nothing I could claim on that??

I've used TurboTax online for years. I have never had a problem. However, I do not like being interrupted halfway through with stupid pop ups asking how I'm liking it. You sound like a self conscious teenager making sure you're doing it right. Also, THIS should be optional AFTER my taxes have been submitted. I don't appreciate being pushed into a review when the one service that I came here to do and already paid for, hasn't even been done! I will find a different site to use if this is going to continue. Do better Turbo Tax. Bad enough it used to be free to file and now I can't get out the door for less than $49.
