Did not guide me thru the end o when I filed on Apr 14, 2025. Had to do the process again and paid twice for the service. I need a refund for $84.21.

Had a blast doing my taxes in turbotax. The live team helped me out a lot. I was able to get my taxes filled out at 100%completion.

A little bit pricey

It was a good experience. I just didn’t think I had to pay extra money to get my taxes well but I didn’t have a standard file. I ended it like everybody else was fine so I enjoyed it. I just little pricey, but I’ll do it again if I didn’t have any other choice.

TurboTax Good but the fees

I have been using turbotax for years and it is the easiest way for me to file my taxes. I just wish there weren't so many fees.

I signed up for free turbo tax service and it kept adding fees till by the time I was ready to file it was 183.00
