Horrible Tax software! Will Never use again. Not user friendly and they are way behind with updating their software compared to other tax software available

Take away the needless fees

The overall experience of filing my taxes was made simple, but my complaint is the fees charged at the end of the process. This should either be much lower or just plain eliminated in total.
