easy process

Process was easy. Had access to answers for questions I wasn't sure about. The only thing is that I thought it was free, but it is about the same cost or maybe even less if I would have gone to a tax advisor.

Annoying additional fees

The program itself it pretty easy to use. The part that is frustrating is that you charge an ADDITIONAL fee to use the refund to pay for e-filing.

This is not our first time using TurboTax. We have always been pleased with how clear and simple it is to complete our tax filing with TurboTax. Doing our 2024 taxes was no exception.

Quick and easy. Step by step process was easy to follow. Wasn’t too pleased about the $40 processing fee charged because I wanted to deduct the tax prep fee from my refund.
