Ooo! Hidden fees right at the end - my favorite!

Process is fine right until you get to the end. That is when all of a sudden you are told you have to upgrade in order to file, and what was once free now costs you over $100.00. Used to be a great site and if the prices weren't so outrageous maybe I'd add another star. Much like most companies, scummy, underhanded practices have taken root and ruined them at their core.
