Great however nothing is “free”

Everything was great except for the unexpected cost. The last few years I was able to do the free and even though my taxes are the same I was required to pay.

"pop up" give me your money

Forced to make payments after hourson the site. too many "upgrade now" pop ups. even when its free, they make it impossible without paying. great business move- but shady. 6 years with turbo tx... next year im moving on
