I have endorsed and recommended TurboTax to many people but unfortunately I was a first time customer and somehow in error was charged a hefty nominal fee for e-filing with you. Munderstanding was first time filers were free but I inadvertently was directed to the Deluxe edition

Initial download of W-2 displayed inaccurate name information. Almost an hour of my time was wasted verifying the accuracy of the actual w-2 via ADP.
