My spouse usually handles the taxes but I was forced to do it this time and it was just mildly difficult trying to figure it out with this app

Mostly it was fine, but my kids don't have SSNs and it wouldn't let me file without them, so I had to make one up just to file. Also it was impossible to file using my hotmail account and very difficult to update my email to gmail.

Easy to use. User friendly. I was able to do my takes in 43 minutes. From my house and on my phone.
