Scam stating it's Free

Very unclear regarding fees. Continuously says free until it's time to check out. Then you owe money. The amount was similar to the amount I owed so I processed payment then realized they were charging me for my taxes after that payment. I requested a refund and they declined. This is definitely the last year I use TurboTax. It used to be free and they continue to advertise as free but it's not true anymore. I'll go elsewhere that advertises free and actually is.

Hidden Fees

If I could give zero stars I would. I only agreed to pay 79 dollars and at the end of the process I was faced with a bill of over 180 dollars. There was no opportunity to go back and take these fees off without foregoing all of the progress I had made and investing at least an additional hour of my time. I will never use TurboTax again and am going to boycott all of the intuit products. Please do not use this service unless you want to be scammed out of tons of money.
